General

Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are required for racing and VR. They are recommended for axe throwing. Long pants are recommended for racing.

Height/age restriction: In order to drive in our Youth Karts a racer must be at least 48 inches tall and 7 years old. In order to drive in our Adult Karts a racer must be at least 58 inches tall and be capable of driving a faster go-kart (this decision is made by the staff at Victory Lane Karting). You must be 50 inches tall to play VR. You must be 16 or over to do axe throwing with a valid ID.

Races: Each race is 8min long. All races are sold per person and cannot be transferred to another person. Any unused races will remain on that racers’ account and do not expire. All racers must have a valid membership in order to race. If you do not have one or it has expired, you can purchase for $10. All memberships are valid for one year.

Availability: Please call ahead (704 377 FAST) to check activity availability and estimated wait times.

Online Registration: If you, or anyone coming with you, have not been
to Victory Lane Karting before, you can pre-register by clicking here. (Please forward this link to everyone in your group.) Select "Create a new account" and fill in the requested information, as it appears on your ID. This is both your Victory Lane profile and the liability release for all activities. When it asks "I'm here for", click on the drop down menu, select “walk-in”.

Parental waiver: Any racer under the age of 18 must have a waiver
signed by a parent/guardian. This can either be done in person at check-in or
online here (if the parent/guardian will not be present).

Safety: Any customer who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to race. Kart racing poses special risks to those with neck or back problems and heart conditions. Women who are pregnant and anyone who should not be in a stressful or physically demanding environment should consult their physician before driving. If you have any doubt, please check with your doctor before racing.

We will rely on your supervision to ensure that your guests, family or employees are informed that they will be required to sign a liability/damage waiver and to arrive in condition to race.

Our go-karts have the capability of going 35mph. They are not bumpers karts and should not be driven as such. A staff member will give all new racers a drivers briefing, outlining the signs, flags and racing conduct.

VLK may refuse admission/cease participation to any individual or group at any time without reason. VLK accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
